"I tried renting a movie on..."
I tried renting a movie on salemnow.com, and their checkout was kind of pathetic. I put in my card info, then it just sat there spinning like it had no clue what to do. No real error message, nothing helpful, just kicked me right back to the same page. I tried twice and finally gave up. Frustrating, and definitely not worth dealing with that clunky mess...

There were definitely a few good titles in there that I enjoyed, but overall it felt kind of underwhelming. This is where it got annoying: after browsing for a while, I kept running into stuff that either felt outdated or like not much effort was put into it. I wanted to like it more, but the selection just didn’t really hit for me

"Refund was easier than expected"
I accidentally bought the wrong movie and reached out to salemnow, figuring it might turn into one of those back-and-forth situations. It didn’t. They got back to me quickly and took care of the refund without making me jump through hoops. it was a nice surprise.

"Works okay, but kinda clunky"
The app does what I need for the most part, but using it feels a bit awkward. Some of the menus take awhile to load, and I get confused trying to find where things are somtimes.

"Login keeps acting up"
I keep having trouble logging in, and it’s getting old having to explain the same issue over and over. Half the time it just won’t let me in, and it’s really frustrating when I’m just trying to use the app.

I rented a movie on SalemNow and, didn’t really realize the viewing window was that short. I got about halfway through, had to stop, and when I came back the next day it was basically gone. Maybe it says it somewhere in the details or fine print, but for the price it felt kind of frustrating.

I tried salemnow because I was looking for cleaner, Christian-friendly movies and talks, and overall there’s definitely some solid stuff on there. A lot of it matched what I was hoping for, but a few titles felt more general or didn’t come across as strongly faith-based to me. I’d probably look at what other viewers are recommending before picking something, because it feels a little mixed. Still, it’s a decent option if you want content that’s generally more wholesome.

I ended up buying a movie on salemnow.com, mostly because I was already looking around and it showed up as an option. The price seemed reasonable to me, not like an amazing deal or anything, but still less than a couple other places I had checked.

Checkout was straightforward, and I was able to start watching right after, which was nice. I’m giving it one star off because the site itself feels kind of basic, but for what I paid, I was satisfied overall.

"Not the best choice for family viewing"
I was hoping this would be something we could watch more casually as a family, but there’s just too much content I wouldn’t feel comfortable having on with kids around. Compared to other services that do a better job separating family-friendly options or making them easier to filter, this one feels less convenient for parents

I’ve been liking Salem Now so far. The movies and shows are pretty much in line with what I’m usually looking for, and it’s kinda nice not having to dig around forever to find clean, faith-based stuff to watch.

"Seems alright, but I’m not 100% sure yet"
I checked out Salem Now and it seems legit from what I could tell. I didn’t run into anything that felt super sketchy, and the site was easy enough to look around on. That said, I do wish some of the info was a little clearer in a few spots. Overall, it feels mostly trustworthy to me, just not totally perfect. I’d probaly still double check a few things before buying anything or signing up.

I signed up for SalemNOW quickly, from the way everything was laid out, I assumed it was going to be straightforward, and it was. I just had to verify my email once, which wasn’t a big deal. Nothing really confused me, though the signup page did feel a little slow to load. Overall, easy enough.

I’ve been using Salem Now on my Roku, laptop, and phone, and it’s been smooth for me. I like that I can switch from one device to another without it turning into a hassle, and the video usually picks up where I left off. For the way I watch stuff, sometimes on the TV, sometimes on my phone, it’s worked really well so far
